CONTRACT

between

dean ("TICKLEVICTIM")

and

<your name> ("TICKLER")

I, dean, (hereinafter referred to as "TICKLEVICTIM") do hereby enter into this TICKLE TORTURE CONTRACT with <your name> (hereinafter referred to as "TICKLER") of my own free will.

WHEREAS: TICKLEVICTIM is extremely, unbearably, and excruciatingly TICKLISH, and

WHEREAS: TICKLEVICTIM hates, detests, and despises being TICKLED, and

WHEREAS: TICKLER derives immense sadistic pleasure from TICKLING TICKLEVICTIM,

NOW THEREFORE: TICKLEVICTIM is to be TICKLED by TICKLER by whatever TICKLE means and using whatever TICKLE tools TICKLER shall find most pleasurable to TICKLER and/or most devastating to TICKLEVICTIM, for a period of time to be determined by TICKLER at TICKLER's sole discretion, TO WIT:

1. On the date and at the time to be determined by TICKLER at TICKLER's sole discretion and exclusively for TICKLER's pleasure and convenience, TICKLEVICTIM shall surrender himself to TICKLER for the purpose of being TICKLED by TICKLER.

2. TICKLEVICTIM shall present himself to TICKLER wearing thin nylon socks, leather "uniform" and/or any other item(s) of clothing as may be ordered by TICKLER for TICKLER's personal pleasure and/or to enhance TICKLER's arousal, and/or to maximize TICKLEVICTIM's physical and/or psychological susceptibility to being TICKLED by TICKLER.

3. TICKLER may, at TICKLER's sole discretion, remove any or all clothing from TICKLEVICTIM if doing so would, in TICKLER's opinion, increase TICKLER's personal pleasure and/or enhance TICKLER's arousal, and/or maximize TICKLEVICTIM's physical and/or psychological susceptibility to being TICKLED by TICKLER.

4. TICKLEVICTIM shall offer no resistance to TICKLER as TICKLER prepares TICKLEVICTIM to be TICKLED by TICKLER.

5.TICKLER may, at TICKLER's sole discretion, render TICKLEVICTIM immobile, vulnerable and helpless in whatever position or configuration TICKLER finds most pleasing and/or convenient and/or advantageous to TICKLER. TICKLEVICTIM acknowledges that such position or configuration may include, but need not be limited to horizontal, face-up, spread-eagle bondage on a bed, TICKLE rack, TICKLE table, or other TICKLE device or TICKLE restraint of TICKLER's choosing.

6.TICKLER reserves the right to blindfold TICKLEVICTIM, or TICKLER may force TICKLEVICTIM to watch any and all TICKLE TORTURES being inflicted on TICKLEVICTIM by TICKLER, at TICKLER's sole discretion and pleasure.

7. TICKLEVICTIM BEGS TICKLER NOT to TICKLE TICKLEVICTIM's most unbearably TICKLISH areas, especially:

8. TICKLER shall MERCILESSLY TICKLE ALL of TICKLEVICTIM's most unbearably TICKLISH areas, ESPECIALLY those TICKLISH areas specified in Paragraph 7, subsections a through g above, specifically,

for as long as it shall please TICKLER to TICKLE said TICKLISH areas.

9. TICKLER may, at TICKLER's sole discretion, explore TICKLEVICTIM's TICKLISH body for TICKLISH areas other than those TICKLISH areas specified above.

10. In addition to TICKLING all of TICKLEVICTIM's most unbearably TICKLISH areas, ESPECIALLY those TICKLISH areas specified in Paragraph 7, subsections a through h, above, for as long as it shall please TICKLER to TICKLE said TICKLISH area(s), TICKLER shall also mercilessly TICKLE any TICKLISH area(s) on TICKLEVICTIM's TICKLISH body that TICKLER may discover through TICKLE exploration of TICKLEVICTIM's TICKLISH body as authorized by Paragraph 9, above, that it shall please TICKLER to TICKLE, for as long as it shall please TICKLER to TICKLE said TICKLISH area(s).

11. TICKLER may require TICKLEVICTIM to inform TICKLER as to which TICKLE techniques TICKLE each particular TICKLISH area on TICKLEVICTIM's TICKLISH body the most, and/or which TICKLE techniques are most unbearable for TICKLEVICTIM, and/or which TICKLE techniques TICKLEVICTIM hates the most.

12. TICKLEVICTIM shall neither laugh nor twitch nor squirm nor beg TICKLER for mercy while TICKLER is TICKLING TICKLEVICTIM.

13. Should TICKLEVICTIM laugh or twitch or squirm or beg TICKLER for mercy while TICKLER is TICKLING TICKLEVICTIM, TICKLER may, at TICKLER's sole discretion, punish TICKLEVICTIM for violation of Paragraph 12, above, by increasing the intensity of the TICKLING and/or prolonging the duration of the TICKLING of any chosen TICKLISH area(s) on TICKLEVICTIM's TICKLISH body that it shall please TICKLER to TICKLE, to whatever extent it shall please TICKLER to intensify and/or prolong said TICKLING.

14. TICKLER may, should it amuse TICKLER to do so, require TICKLEVICTIM to beg TICKLER for mercy while TICKLER is TICKLING TICKLEVICTIM.

15. Should TICKLEVICTIM beg TICKLER for mercy while TICKLER is TICKLING TICKLEVICTIM as may be ordered by TICKLER pursuant to Paragraph 14, above, TICKLER may, at TICKLER's sole discretion, punish TICKLEVICTIM for violation of Paragraph 12, above, by increasing the intensity of the TICKLING and/or prolonging the duration of the TICKLING of any chosen TICKLISH area(s) on TICKLEVICTIM's TICKLISH body that it shall please TICKLER to TICKLE, to whatever extent it shall please TICKLER to intensify and/or prolong said TICKLING.

16. Should TICKLEVICTIM fail or refuse to beg TICKLER for mercy while TICKLER is TICKLING TICKLEVICTIM as may be ordered by TICKLER pursuant to Paragraph 14, above, TICKLER may, at TICKLER's sole discretion, punish TICKLEVICTIM for failure to obey orders of TICKLER as authorized in Paragraph 14, above, by increasing the intensity of the TICKLING and/or prolonging the duration of the TICKLING of any chosen TICKLISH area(s) on TICKLEVICTIM's TICKLISH body that it shall please TICKLER to TICKLE, to whatever extent it shall please TICKLER to intensify and/or prolong said TICKLING.

17. TICKLER may require TICKLEVICTIM to beg TICKLER to TICKLE TICKLEVICTIM.

18. TICKLER may, at any time and at TICKLER's sole discretion, impose additional rules of conduct on TICKLEVICTIM. Any such rules so imposed by TICKLER may, at TICKLER's sole discretion, contradict other terms of this CONTRACT without relieving TICKLEVICTIM of all Contractual requirements to observe and obey all Contractual terms, including those contradicting others.

19. TICKLER shall not be required to inform TICKLEVICTIM of rules imposed pursuant to Paragraph 18, above.

20. Should TICKLEVICTIM violate any rule of conduct established by TICKLER pursuant to Paragraph 18, above, TICKLER may, at TICKLER's sole discretion, punish TICKLEVICTIM by increasing the intensity of the TICKLING and/or prolonging the duration of the TICKLING of any chosen TICKLISH area(s) on TICKLEVICTIM's TICKLISH body that it shall please TICKLER to TICKLE, to whatever extent it shall please TICKLER to intensify and/or prolong said TICKLING.

21. TICKLEVICTIM shall neither have an erection (either full or partial), nor shall TICKLEVICTIM ejaculate, except under direct orders of TICKLER to do so, as stipulated in Paragraph 28, below.

22. TICKLER may, at TICKLER's sole discretion, tease and/or manipulate and/or stimulate TICKLEVICTIM's cock and/or balls for as long as it shall please TICKLER to tease and/or manipulate and/or stimulate TICKLEVICTIM's cock and/or balls for the purpose of inducing erection by TICKLEVICTIM and forcing TICKLEVICTIM to violate Paragraph 21, above..

23. Should TICKLEVICTIM have an erection (either full or partial) except under direct orders of TICKLER, (teasing and/or manipulation and/or stimulation of TICKLEVICTIM's cock and/or balls by TICKLER as authorized by Paragraph 22, above, notwithstanding) in violation of Paragraph 21, above, TICKLER may, at TICKLER's sole discretion, punish TICKLEVICTIM for violation of Paragraph 21, above, by inflicting ORGASM FRUSTRATION TORTURE on TICKLEVICTIM.

24. Infliction of ORGASM FRUSTRATION TORTURE on TICKLEVICTIM, as authorized by Paragraph 23, above, shall continue for as long as it shall please TICKLER to inflict said ORGASM FRUSTRATION TORTURE on TICKLEVICTIM by teasing and/or manipulating and/or stimulating TICKLEVICTIM's cock and/or balls and preventing TICKLEVICTIM's ejaculation and/or orgasm

25. .TICKLEVICTIM may beg TICKLER to grant TICKLEVICTIM permission to cum while TICKLER inflicts ORGASM FRUSTRATION TORTURE on TICKLEVICTIM.

26. TICKLER shall not be required to grant TICKLEVICTIM permission to cum while TICKLER inflicts ORGASM FRUSTRATION TORTURE on TICKLEVICTIM.

27. TICKLER's option to inflict ORGASM FRUSTRATION TORTURE on TICKLEVICTIM as permitted in Paragraphs 23 and 24, above shall in no way limit, restrict, or abridge TICKLER's own rights to enjoy orgasm(s) at any time and at TICKLER's sole discretion.

28. TICKLEVICTIM shall have an erection and ejaculate IMMEDIATELY whenever ordered by TICKLER to do so, without any physical stimulation of TICKLEVICTIM's cock and/or balls whatsoever.

29. TICKLER shall not be constrained to any pre-determined number of times nor the frequency at which he may order TICKLEVICTIM to ejaculate upon command.

30. Should TICKLEVICTIM fail to have an erection and ejaculate IMMEDIATELY whenever ordered by TICKLER to do so and without any physical stimulation of TICKLEVICTIM's cock and/or balls whatsoever, pursuant to Paragraph 28, above, or should TICKLEVICTIM ejaculate, except under direct orders of TICKLER to do so pursuant to Paragraph 28, above, TICKLER may, at TICKLER's sole discretion, punish TICKLEVICTIM for violation of Paragraphs 21 and/or 28, above, by inflicting FORCED MULTIPLE EJACULATION TORTURE (aka "Milking") upon TICKLEVICTIM.

31. TICKLER shall not be constrained to the number of times he may force TICKLEVICTIM to ejaculate by means of FORCED MULTIPLE EJACULATION TORTURE (aka "Milking").

32. TICKLEVICTIM may beg TICKLER for mercy from FORCED MULTIPLE EJACULATION TORTURE (aka "Milking") while TICKLER inflicts FORCED MULTIPLE EJACULATION TORTURE (aka "Milking") on TICKLEVICTIM.

33. TICKLER shall not be required to grant TICKLEVICTIM mercy from FORCED MULTIPLE EJACULATION TORTURE (aka "Milking") while TICKLER inflicts FORCED MULTIPLE EJACULATION TORTURE (aka "Milking") on TICKLEVICTIM.

34. TICKLER may, at TICKLER's sole discretion, inflict TICKLE TORTURE and/or ORGASM FRUSTRATION TORTURE and/or FORCED MULTIPLE EJACULATION TORTURE (aka "Milking"), either individually or in any combination, upon TICKLEVICTIM at any time that it shall please TICKLER to inflict said TICKLE TORTURE and/or ORGASM FRUSTRATION TORTURE and/or FORCED MULTIPLE EJACULATION TORTURE (aka "Milking") upon TICKLEVICTIM, without restriction and with or without cause.

35. TICKLER may, at TICKLER's sole discretion, append, change, delete, alter, or amend any terms of this CONTRACT at any time without prior notice or negotiation with TICKLEVICTIM and without TICKLEVICTIM's knowledge, agreement, approval, consent or authorization.
